Officially addicted to working out. I mean, I guess not addicted. But becoming more and more of a fitness enthusiast. Looking back to where I was last year, I see a huge difference. I’ve learned so much.. new workouts, nutrition, supplements… It’s become a huge priority in my life and I love that. It’s nice to look back and see progress, you know pat yourself on the back. I used to go to the gym because I wanted to look better. I had the worst bdd ever. I’m glad I’m over that, and I’ve switched that motivation to emphasize feeling stronger, healthier, more fit. Fitness, or “being fit”, not as a goal.. but as a lifestyle. The greatest perk? I’m surrounded by people who share the same motivation.
